Justin Timberlake’s Attorney Speaks Out on DWI Arrest

“You get hammered in the East Coast, you kinda get hammered on the West Coast,” the 7th Heaven alum explained on Kelly Ripa‘s Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast last month. “That’s why we don’t really live there anymore.”

The couple does own property across the U.S., including in Los Angeles and Timberlake’s native Nashville, but Biel explained why they call Big Sky, Montana their home, especially for their two sons.

“It’s just trying to create some normalcy for these kids,” she added.  “We wanna share our family with our loved ones and friends.”

After all, while she and Timberlake have chosen a life in the spotlight, their kids have not. As she noted, “I don’t wanna expose them in a way until they have an ability to make that decision for themself.”

E! News has reached out to Timberlake’s attorney but hasn’t heard back.
